Heritage Hills - Assisted Living Facility II
Services With our private and semi-private rooms, we can accommodate men, women, or couples. Our staff assists with bathing and dressing, monitoring medical conditions, medication supervision, and much more.
Our competitive rates include but are not limited to room and board; personal items (shampoo, toothpaste, etc.); laundry; three good meals a day and a bedtime snack. We have a monthly meeting where residents hold counsel and we openly discuss activities, rules and ways to make all our lives fuller. Companionship and social activities are always available, including church services. Seasonal activities such as camping, trips to Six Flags, BBQ picnics, ball games and more are planned to help keep residents active and gives them something to look forward to. We also take our residents dancing, host individual birthday parties and offer prize bingo and more! Residents are given spending money each week and we take them shopping so that they may purchase personal items. We have doctors, RN and LPNs that come to our facility, including an optometrist, a general practitioner, a podiatrist and a psychiatrist. Residents may use these doctors or choose their own. We do provide transportation to all necessary doctor, dental and other appointments. Our staff is CPR trained and Med Aide certified and receive updated inservices
to keep them advised of new changes in long-term care. At Heritage Hills,
we mainly think in terms of stabilization and maintenance, but rehabilitation
is important, too. Residents are given caseworkers that work with us to
help each resident work towards their goal. Our goal at Heritage Hills
is to help all residents reach their goals and achieve the highest quality

Our
facility is neat and clean and we provide home cooked meals just like
moms. In the event that someone is placed on a special diet, a licensed
dietician is consulted to regulate the diet change.
